CONTEST RULES:
- The Contest will run from September 16 to October 13, 2023
- To enter, a contestant must reside in the Greater Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara Region
- No purchase is required to enter the contest.
- Only one ballot per household may be entered in the contest.
- A contest ballot must be filled out IN PERSON at one of our six stores located here:
o Vaughan – 3300 Rutherford Road
o Mississauga – 5985 Rodeo Drive, Heartland Centre
o Oakville – 380 Dundas Street East, Unit D12
o Burlington – 2000 Appleby Line, Millcroft Shopping Centre
o Hamilton – 70 Unsworth Drive
o St. Catharines – 210 Bunting Road
- On the Friday of each week during the contest, each store will draw one ballot at random to go into the Final Draw. Therefore, six (6) ballots a week for four (4) weeks will be picked to go in the Final Draw that will consist of 24 contestants.
- The Final Draw will take place at the Hamilton Sundance Spa Store (address above) on Oct 21, 2023 at 1 p.m.
- For the Final Draw, each contestant will be randomly assigned a rubber duck with a number written on the bottom from 1 to 24. All 24 ducks will be placed in the designated hot tub and then one (1) rubber duck will be randomly picked out as the winner of the contest.
- Contestants MUST be present at the Final Draw location OR verifiably logged into the live stream of the draw at the 1 p.m. start time to be eligible to win the contest. If a contestant is not present at the store or verified to be logged into the live stream, they will be disqualified from winning the
contest. - The contestant whose rubber duck is picked from the hot tub during the Final Draw will have to answer a skill-testing question in order to win the free hot tub.
