The hot tub business last year was challenging to say the least. With the economy reeling and job losses piling up, it was no surprise that retailers saw lower sales - especially retailers of high end quality products such as ourselves.

However, those businesses that invested in their products and services seemed to weather the storm better than those who did not, and here again, we count ourselves fortunate to be in the former category.

We have always strived to improve our customer service and care, and to sell the very best products in the hot tub and sauna marketplace. So while 2009 was a tough year for us, we did relatively better than our competitors and peer group.

To that end, it was a welcome surprise to be awarded with several prestigious awards at our annual Sundance Spas dealer conference that took place in Cancun, Mexico in January 2010. Among the accolades received during the awards ceremony were the following:

  • Gold Club Winner - 4th consecutive year - for sales in the top 10%
  • Ambassador's Award for Outstanding Market Development - No. 1 International Distributor
  • Market Penetration Award
  • Outstanding Customer Service Award - 5th consecutive year
