Sundance was First Spa Maker to Receive Highest Quality Certification

Start to explain the ISO 9001 Certification standard to a prospective customer and you can immediately see their eyes glaze over and their thoughts turn to other things such as “where is the closest exit door and how do I escape?!"

Although the thought of a process to improve quality sounds pretty dry, it is in fact very important and necessary in the world of product manufacturing today.

Why?

Most advanced manufacturers want to build quality products that are well-made - while costing as little as possible to make because that’s what consumers want.  Having a standard or process in place to manage the “quality” of that product or service enables these companies to achieve that goal.

However achieving ISO certification is no easy task.  It takes thousands of man-hours to meet the standard and achieve certification and thousands more to maintain the certification, which ends up costing these companies lots of money in the process.  The end result however is a better product and better cost efficiencies, plus consumer recognition of the same.

Sundance Spas was the first spa manufacturer to receive ISO 9001 Certification - the most comprehensive of a set of quality assurance standards used by 90 countries. ISO 9001 applies to the design and development, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of products or services. Their manufacturing and quality processes are audited every 90 days to maintain this certification.

As the largest acrylic spa manufacturer in the world, Sundance Spas is serious about its commitment to delivering reliable products to valued customers everywhere. They are also committed to using environmentally safe equipment and certified manufacturing practices. Their goal is to manufacture high-performance spas that exceed customers' expectations for quality and reliability.

So the next time someone starts explaining that the product they sell comes from a company that is ISO certified, you should snap to attention and feel assured that you are looking at a higher quality product or service than the guy selling something else down the street.
